While I did not shop there in Denver, I do like what gluten-free options they have in Canada.

I usually shop in Safeway back home, so I was happy to see these stores in Denver too. I love the fresh ingredients and produce that they offer. This is another great grocery store with convenient locations in the city with many different products to try. While some items were expensive, I was happy for a new variety of products to try. It has many gluten-free brands that I had never seen before. I had no experience with Trader Joe’s since I am from Canada, so I was very excited about checking out the store in Denver. Denver has a great selection of grocery stores in all areas of the city. I stock up on great food to cook at home, while enjoying what the city has to offer for gluten-free restaurants. When traveling I almost always book accommodations with a kitchen. Not only was the wilderness absolutely beautiful, but I had a filling and delicious lunch to energize me. I ordered for take-away and enjoyed my sandwich when we went hiking one day. They use Canyon Bakehouse bread for their sandwiches. You can grab a sandwich at Parsley on their gluten-free bread and have a great lunch. I did not have a need to eat at the airport, but I was totally excited when I say what they offered for people who need to eat gluten-free.

If you are at the airport and in need of gluten-free food, then head to terminal C and try some delicious food at Root Down. The restaurant is quite small, so you may have to make a reservation if you are strapped for time. I loved having their pancakes and coffee for breakfast. It has a great atmosphere for a breakfast or brunch with friends. The Revelry Kitchen can make anything on their menu gluten-free. No one would ever have to know it was gluten-free. They use rice flour for the breading, and they have a dedicated gluten-free fryer. Yellowbelly is the place for you if you are craving fried chicken. Probably the best GF bakery in this state that I've visited so far.If you are enjoying an event at the Performing Arts Complex, this is a superb Italian restaurant that caters to people who eat gluten-free. If you're gluten/lactose intolerant, celiac or even vegan, you have to check this place out. They had assortment of different types of GF breads (except sourdough of course) including english muffins, bagels, and french bread loaf. The GF/DF chocolate cookie was yummy and very moist.one of the best DF/GF cookies I've ever tasted. I bought a GF/DF cinnamon roll which was the size of a cinder block! Can't wait to try it. The crust was a 'crumble' and it was also very tasty. It is made out of coconut milk but surprisingly you couldn't taste it at all. I was also pleasantly surprised to discover she makes GF and dairy free pumpkin pie! She gave me a small slice of it and I was blown away how good it was.
DENVER GLUTEN FREE RESTAURANTS FOR FREE
roll for free which was delish (so I bought several). Monica, the gracious owner, allowed me to taste a dinner. My hubby and I walked in today for the 1st time and it blew away how much DESSERT there was in this shop. My only regret is not having walked into Deby's GF Bakery sooner.
